Fill Out Our Connection Card
Visit us in-person and fill out our Connection Card and place it in the offering containers. Or you can fill out our Connection Card digitally. Either way, we are excited to get to know you and have you in our church family!
Step
I Have Decided
How do I accept Jesus Christ as my Savior?
To accept Jesus, you need to personally acknowledge your need for a savior, repent from your sins (turn away from wrong behavior), believe that Jesus died for your sins and rose again, and invite Him into your life through prayer; essentially, comitting to follow him as your Lord and Savior.
If you accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior in one of our services or after watching online, we want to tell you how excited we are for you. God has an amazing future for you, and this is only the beginning of the great adventure that lies ahead!
Next, you should sign up for water baptism. Water baptism is a public declaration of your faith!
If you haven’t already, we encourage you to attend one of our Worship Services in person and click the button below to begin a conversation with one of our pastors.
Now that you have made this incredible decision, we encourage you to start attending our Following Jesus class right away. Learn what it means to be a Christ-follower and why we believe what we believe. Start your journey of faith on a strong foundation.
2 Corinthians 5:17 – “Now we look inside, and what we see is that anyone united with the Messiah gets a fresh start, is created new. The old life is gone; a new life begins!” (The Message Translation)
Acts 2:46-47 – “They followed a daily discipline of worship in the Temple followed by meals, every meal a celebration, exuberant and joyful, as they praised God. People in general liked what they saw. Every day their number grew as God added those who were saved.” (The Message Translation)
Step
Party with the Pastors – Every 1st Sunday
Party with the Pastors is one of our favorite things! We want to get to know you and give you the opportunity to get to know us. Our Pastors spend time talking about who we are, why we love our church family so much and answer any questions you may have. PWTP happens every first Sunday, immediately after service. Free food and childcare are provided. See you there!
Step
Serve 101 – Every Second Sunday
After Party With The Pastor, the next step is Serve 101. Here, we take time to hear your story, learn about your gifts and strengths, and help you find a place that you enjoy serving at After the One Church. There are many teams and areas you can be a part of—our goal is to help you find one that lights you up and empowers you to live out your purpose. We look forward to meeting with you!
1 Peter 4:11 – “Be generous with the different things God gave you, passing them around so all get in on it: if words, let it be God’s words; if help, let it be God’s hearty help. That way, God’s bright presence will be evident in everything through Jesus, and he’ll get all the credit as the One mighty in everything—encores to the end of time.” (The Message Translation)
Romans 12:11 – “Don’t burn out; keep yourselves fueled and aflame. Be alert servants of the Master, cheerfully expectant. Don’t quit in hard times; pray all the harder. Help needy Christians; be inventive in hospitality.” (The Message Translation)

Step
Connect with a Group
In this current world, it is easy to feel isolated. But we know that having deep connection with others, especially other believers, links us together as a group by the love of Jesus, and we are individually much stronger.
Joining a Connect Group will bless you in many ways:
- You’ll be blessed with encouragement and strength
- You’ll be blessed with wise counsel
- You’ll be blessed with momentum in your walk with Jesus
Hebrews 10:24-25 – “So let’s do it—full of belief, confident that we’re presentable inside and out. Let’s keep a firm grip on the promises that keep us going. He always keeps his word. Let’s see how inventive we can be in encouraging love and helping out, not avoiding worshiping together as some do but spurring each other on, especially as we see the big Day approaching.“
