Proverbs 27:17, “Iron sharpens iron,
    and one man sharpens another.“

Tommy has a passion for helping men take their next step in faith and grow in their relationship with Jesus. Whether someone is taking their very first step toward Christ or seeking to deepen their faith through leadership and service, Tommy desires to encourage and equip men to become all that God has called them to be. Since joining After the One Church, Tommy has felt God’s call not only to lead the men’s ministry but also to pursue his pastoral certification through the Assemblies of God, a goal he is actively working toward.

Tommy and Margie have been part of the After the One Church family since April 2025. They have been married since August 1997 and are blessed with three children, Jessica, Bradley, and Paisley, whose ages range from 27 to 8 years old.

Born in Ohio, Tommy spent much of his childhood living throughout the United States as well as overseas in the Philippines and Germany. He accepted Jesus as his Savior at the age of 16 but did not fully begin pursuing the Lord until his early twenties. During that time, Tommy served for several years as both a Youth Pastor and Associate Pastor within a Baptist church. In 2009, Tommy and Margie felt called to serve at another church, where they faithfully ministered in various capacities, though not in pastoral roles.

Alongside his ministry experience, Tommy dedicated more than 20 years to serving as a police officer before relocating to Arizona in 2021 and eventually settling in Coolidge in 2024.

Margie serves faithfully on the Creative Team, capturing photos during church services and events, and also ministers in the children’s ministry by serving in the nursery on Sundays.

Together, Tommy and Margie are passionate about serving the Lord and helping others experience the transforming love of Jesus. Their desire is to share how Christ has changed their lives and strengthened their marriage while encouraging others to discover the hope, healing, and purpose found in Him.
