Amber began serving in the church at a young age with her parents who were Children’s Pastors. She served in all areas of the church from Nursery to Youth. She has been in the Arizona City community for almost 10 years and is grateful to find a church home at After the One Church.

Amber splits her time with her duties for women’s ministry along with her full time job in tech support. She has a Masters in English and Education from Grand Canyon University.

She married her husband Phil in 2017, and they have 3 children, RJ, Alex, and Katie. As a family, they enjoy traveling, and a random Saturday will find them trekking across the state. In her spare time, if she isn’t reading or writing a book, she is sitting with a knitting needle and making something new.

Her desire is for women in the church to not just to build a community of women, but also to help women grow where they are. Each woman has a God given calling on their life and with so many voices influencing women, it’s important to find purpose where they are. God has called women to be the wives, mothers, sisters, daughters and friends He wants them to be. Her passion is to help them feel fulfilled in their calling, no matter what it is.
